SUNMAX 81F4000000 E-glass fiber needle mat is produced with a unique needling process with a well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers. It ensures the felt has uniformity of both thickness and density that creates consistent product performance and eliminates thermal breakdown.

APPLICATIONS
Wrapped and forming pipes of exhaust muffler. Die cutting and preformed parts. Assembling unit combined with other materials. Aluminum foil laminated with fiber mat, self-adhesive coating. Thermal and acoustic insulation used in petrochemical refineries, valve cover fabrication, automotive applications, and for die-cut applications.
