F832H0U00N 1100g satin silica fiber fabric transparent PU brown color 900°C

Silica fiber fabric, 1100g/m2, 1.35mm thickness, satin weave, temp. resistance up to 900°C, with transparent PU on both sides
 
SUNMAX F832H0N000 is made of silica fabric (SUNMAX F832H0N000) by impregnating transparent PU (polyurethane) on both sides. The fabrics has a silicon dioxide between 75% and 80% and withstand continuous temperatures up to 900°C. The PU coating enhances the fabric abrasion resistance and tensile strength and locks the weave from dispersion, makes it easy to handle and sewing.

ADVANTAGES:
High temp. Resistance up to 900°C, soft easily sewn, weave-lock, chemical resistance, flame retardant, etc.

APPLICATIONS:
Extensively used for a wide range of insulation and protection applicationssuch as welding curtains, welding blankets and welding pads in powergeneration (nuclear approved), refinery, shipbuilding & repair, metal processing,petro-chemical industries.
